GUNS AND AMMUNITIONS´PERMITS

The hunters have to get PERMITS in their own countries, in the Argentine Consulate. It is a temporary permit to enter guns and ammunitions to Argentina.

At the moment of the arrival, the guns will be checked to verify if they coincide with the details declared in the permits. It require to complete all personal information and all the data referring to the gun too.

It is allowed to enter TWO guns per hunter, free of importation duties.

You will be able to buy cartridges in our organization.

TURS´CONDITIONS

RESERVATION

When you confirm any of the programs, you will have to deposit U$S 500, and the rest of the payment has to be done 30 days before leaving your country.

DOCUMENTATION

Each passenger is responsible for having the passport up to date and the corresponding VISA, if it is necessary.

PRICES

The prices of both programs are in American dollars, its might be for a minimum of 4 to 8 hunters and a maximun of 10 passengers in each tour. We have the right to change the prices according to the fluctuation of the local currency with the American dollar. Once you pay the fee of U$S. 500, the price is definite and it couldn´t suffer any change.

CANCELATIONS

If you cancel your trip until 30 days before you leave your country, you will receive the total payment of your trip. If you cancel between 30 and 16 days before the departure, we will keep the 20 % of the payment. If the cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days before the departure, we will keep 40 % of the payment, and if you cancel within 6 days before the departure, we will keep 100 % of your payment.

INSURANCE

We recommend you to take a Medical Assistance from your own Country. It should be a health insurance agaisnt loss of luggage, and robbery. You can get that insurance in your country with a credit card. Our Company will not be responsible of those losses, expenses or inconvenientes.

RESPONSIBILITY

"Argentina Aves" and their partner companies or agents, will not be responsible of losses, illnesses, accidents, and robberies, unless they were be caused by members of our staff. Likewise, we will not be responsible for those inconvenients which might result from the government's dispositions, like strikes, delays, robberies, epidemic, change of itineraries, etc.
