DUCK HUNTING
In Santa Fe Province we have marshes, estuaries and lagoons which surprise the international hunters, who cannot imagine their greatness.
An extraordinary aquatic fauna is always present. One of them, that offers the largest variety and quantity, is the DUCK. We can find more than fifteen different species, such as: crestón, sirirí colorado, sirirí pampa, sirirí correntino, alita azul, franciscano, barcino, maicero, colorado, gargantilla, collar, cuchara, martillo and cabeza negra, besides some other occasional species.
The best season to hunt ducks is from February to August, although it is possible to hunt them in some other months, according to each year's regulations. Each hunter will get aprox. 20 pieces per hunting.
